The Mail Redesign project was a guide for me to research existing email apps and interfaces and write about my observations and learnings. Throughout this research I identified features that were consistent across platforms, which features best served the user, and areas where functionality could be improved.
I chose to focus on the Apple Mail interface. Before fully evaluating Apple’s design, I selected one design principle to evaluated how it was (or wasn’t) implemented throughout the experience.
To best communicate and integrate my insights, I created an interactive document.
